Ingredients:
- Smoked sausage 100 grams
- Mozzarella Cheese 150 grams
- Arugula fresh 1 handful
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Smoked sausage cut into narrow long stripes or cubes as desired.
Step 2 Gently cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Step 3 Rinse the arugula with running water, leave in a colander so that the glass is excess water.
Step 4 Put arugula on a plate, then sausage and sprinkle mozzarella cubes on top. Pour olive oil over the salad and sprinkle with black pepper.
