Ingredients:
- Squid 300 grams
- Apple 2 pieces
- Green onion bunch
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Cheese 100 grams
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the squid from the film, rinse under cold water. Boil the squid, for this dip the squid carcasses into boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes. Then pull out the squid, cool and cut into rings.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into small cubes.
Step 3 Peel the apples and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 6 Next, mix all the prepared ingredients, salt and mix. Season salad with mayonnaise. Decorate as desired.
