Ingredients:
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Radish 4-5 pieces
- Green onion bunch
- Wild garlic bunch
- Leaf lettuce bunch
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Go through the leaves of wild garlic and lettuce, remove the petioles, then wash under running water and allow to dry slightly. You can also take any kind of salad - iceberg, lettuce, arugula, or try to combine different in one dish.
Step 2 Leaves of wild garlic cut into thin long strips about one centimeter wide and put in a deep bowl.
Step 3 Peel green onions, wash and chop finely.
Step 4 Wash the radish, cut off the tips (if necessary, peel, cut off the top layer), chop and add to the wild garlic.
Step 5 Cook the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into large slices in a cup with salad. Leave a few slices for decoration.
Step 6 Gently pick lettuce leaves with your hands and add to the rest of the ingredients. You can also add, if desired, a couple of branches of basil.
Step 7 Salt the salad a little (it is best to use coarse sea salt) and add a little olive oil.
Step 8Mix everything gently with two forks.
Step 9 Put the prepared spring salad with radish into portioned salad bowls. Garnish with leaves of wild garlic, sliced eggs and serve.
