Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 350 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- 4 eggs
- Prunes 150-200 grams
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Walnuts 100 grams
- Mayonnaise 6 tbsp. spoons
- Yogurt 6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2 Boil eggs in a steep, peel and grate.
Step 3Grate the cucumber or cut into thin strips.
Step 4 Wash, dry and cut prunes arbitrarily (if necessary, presoak for 15 minutes).
Step 5 Grind walnuts with a blender (or using a rolling pin).
Step 6 Grate the cheese.
Step 7 Mix mayonnaise with Greek yogurt (if not, you can replace it with any natural yogurt without additives or sour cream). Such a dressing is obtained with an airy consistency and with a mild taste.
Step 8Lay in layers in a salad bowl or in portioned glasses - chicken, egg, cucumber, prunes, nuts, cheese. Grease each layer with yogurt dressing.
