Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken breast 300 grams
- Apple green 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- A handful of walnuts
- Red onion 1 piece
- Head of Lettuce
- For refueling:
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons
- Yogurt 4 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- 1/4 onion
- Parsley 3-4 branches
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut red onion into thin half rings.
Step 2Chicken breast cut into thin slices.
Step 3 Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Step 4 Avocado cut in half, remove the stone and peel. Cut the pulp into thin slices.
Step 5 Grate the carrots.
Step 6 Put lettuce, chicken and vegetables on portioned plates. Sprinkle with walnuts, broken into large pieces. Serve with dressing. To prepare the dressing: finely chop the parsley. Grate the onion and garlic and put in a small bowl. There, add parsley, mayonnaise and yogurt, pour lemon juice and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
