Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 300-400 grams
- Large stalk of celery 1 piece
- Canned corn 150 grams
- Leaf lettuce 1 head
- Salt, pepper to taste
- For refueling:
- Red onion 1 piece
- Dill bunch
- Natural yogurt 6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. First, prepare a dressing: mix finely chopped onions, dill. Add yogurt, salt.
Step 2 Mix well and set aside.
Step 3 Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise to make thin cutlets. Salt, pepper. Put in a preheated pan with a drop of oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cool.
Step 4 Cut celery into large slices.
Step 5 Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
Step 6 Put lettuce on the dish. Top with chicken, corn, cucumber and celery, salt and pepper. Pour dressing and serve.
