Ingredients:
- Canned Tuna 1 can
- Celery stalks 2-3 pieces
- 2-3 eggs
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash and finely chop the celery stalks.
Step 2 Wash, dry and cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Step 3Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and dice.
Step 4 Mash canned tuna with a fork in not very small pieces.
Step 5 For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper.
Step 6Put a layer of cucumbers and celery on a plate. A layer of eggs and tuna. Pour the salad dressing on top.
