Ingredients:
- Canned saury 1 can
- Cooked rice 150 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Parsley bunch
- Sour cream or mayonnaise 100 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Open a jar of saury, drain the liquid, knead into small pieces with a fork. Put in a salad bowl.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water for 5 minutes (this is done so that the onion becomes less sharp).
Step 3 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into small cubes.
Step 4 Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5 Next, put boiled rice, onions, eggs and parsley in a salad bowl to saury. Salt, add sour cream (or mayonnaise) and mix well.
Step 6 Put the prepared salad on the dish and decorate with a sprig of greens.
