Ingredients:
- Pollock fillet (hake or other low-fat fish) 500 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Dill bunch
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil fish in salted water, cook for 15-20 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Step 2 Boil the carrots until tender, peel and grate.
Step 3 Use your hands to divide the fish into small pieces, while removing the bones, if any.
Step 4 Finely chop the dill.
Step 5 Put fish, dill, salt and mix in a deep plate. Add mayonnaise and mix again.
Step 6 Ready-made fish salad can be decorated with dill.
