Ingredients:
- Squid 300 grams
- Bulgarian sweet pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel squids from the film. Gut and pull out the chitin plates. Put in boiling water and cook no more than 2-3 minutes (otherwise the squids will be stiff).
Step 2 Onion cut into half rings.
Step 3 Pour boiling water onion for 2 minutes. Then drain the water, add vinegar and vegetable oil to the onion. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4 Chilled squids cut into strips.
Step 5 Bulgarian sweet peppers to clear the stalk and seeds. Cut into thin strips.
Step 6 Then mix pickled onions, squid and sweet pepper in a salad bowl. Salt to taste. You can add red hot pepper on the tip of the knife (optional). Mix.
