Ingredients:
- Canned beans 1 can
- Salad onion 1 piece
- Parsley bunch
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 6% 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 2 Finely chop the parsley.
Step 3 Put onion and parsley in a salad bowl. Pour in vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 4 Stir and crush the onion well with a fork, so that it starts to drain the juice a little.
Step 5 Open a jar of canned beans and add to the salad bowl, salt, pepper and mix gently. Put the salad in the refrigerator for about an hour.
