Ingredients:
- Wild garlic bunch
- 4 eggs
- Sour cream 100 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil eggs in a steep, peel and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Rinse wild garlic, shake off excess fluid and chop finely.
Step 3 Mix the eggs, wild leek. Add sour cream, salt and mix.
Step 4 Salad of wild garlic and boiled eggs, seasoned with sour cream. Decorate as desired.
