Ingredients:
- Canned beans 1 can
- Onion 1 piece
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- Raw smoked sausage 100 grams
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Open a jar of beans, drain the liquid, put in a salad bowl.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion.
Step 3 Finely chopped pickled cucumbers.
Step 4 Cut the sausage into small cubes.
Step 5 Fry onions in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes, until soft and transparent.
Step 6Fry the sausage in a pan for 20-40 seconds to reveal the aroma.
Step 7 Fold the beans, onions, cucumbers and sausage in a salad bowl. You can add a couple of tablespoons of liquid in which the beans were cooked for greater juiciness.
Step 8 Then pour with vegetable oil, add garlic squeezed through a garlic squeezer, mix.
Step 9 Bean salad with sausage is very tasty and fragrant.
