Ingredients:
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Arugula bunch
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Pine nuts 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into large pieces.
Step 2 Make dressing: mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
Step 3 Put the leaves of arugula on the dish, on top of the egg slices.
Step 4 Beautifully pour dressing with a teaspoon, sprinkle with pine nuts.
