Ingredients:

  • Chicken egg 3 pieces
  • Arugula bunch
  • Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Pine nuts 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Boil the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into large pieces.
