Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 400 grams
- 4 pickled cucumbers
- Potato 4 pieces
- Quail egg 20 pieces
- Mayonnaise 300 ml.
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.
- Greens for decoration
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. Cool and disassemble into fibers.
Step 2 Chop pickled cucumbers.
Step 3 Peel the potatoes, cut into strips. Then fry in oil in small portions. Put part of the potatoes in the salad, and leave the other part to decorate the salad.
Step 4 Boil quail eggs, peel. Cut a part of eggs for salad, and leave another part for decoration.
Step 5 Mix all the prepared ingredients, salt and season with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Put lettuce leaves on the dish first. Then lay out the salad. Put the second part of the fried potato in the form of a nest on top. Put quail eggs in the middle of the salad (nest). Garnish with greens.
