Ingredients:
- Sweet pepper (orange or red) 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Celery 2 Stalks
- Lightly salted salmon 150 grams
- Cheese 30 grams
- Lemon 2 cup
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel and cut into slices.
Step 2 Peel the seeds, remove the stalk and cut into slices.
Step 3 Cut the salmon into slices.
Step 4 Stele celery cut into slices.
Step 5Cut the cheese into thin strips.
