Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Celery 4 Stalks
- Champignons 4 pieces
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Seasonings:
- Oregano 0.5 tsp
- Sea salt 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
- Parsley to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the champignons into small pieces.
Step 2 Cut celery into thin slices.
Step 3 Cut the cucumbers into slices.
Step 4 Cut tomatoes into slices.
Step 5 Mix champignons, celery, tomatoes and cucumbers. Salt, pepper, add oregano and parsley. Fill salad with oil and mix.
