Ingredients:
- White cabbage 300 grams
- Celery 2 Stalks
- Carrot 1 piece
- Green onion bunch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Mix of spices for salads to taste
- Parsley bunch
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and mash with your hands so that it starts up the juice. Salt the cabbage to taste and grate it gently with your hands.
Step 2Cut celery into strips.
Step 3 Grate the carrots.
Step 4 Finely chop the onion.
Step 5 Prepare a dressing. Mix lemon juice, sugar, a pinch of salt, a mixture of seasonings for salads and olive oil.
Step 6 Add celery, carrots and onions to the cabbage. Mix everything well, transfer to a salad bowl, pour over the cooked dressing and decorate with parsley.
