Ingredients:
- 1/3 iceberg lettuce salad
- Carrot 1 piece
- Red onion 1 piece
- Celery 2 Stalks
- Parsley bunch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Sesame 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic cream a few drops
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 2 Cut lettuce leaves into strips.
Step 3 Cut celery into small cubes.
Step 4 In a deep bowl, mix onions, celery and finely chopped parsley.
Step 5 Add coarsely grated carrots, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Step 6 When serving, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and add a few drops of balsamic cream.
