Ingredients:

  • Avocado 2 pieces
  • Shrimp 200 grams
  • Cherry Tomatoes 10 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Salad Leaves 200 grams
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Boil peeled shrimp in salted water for 4-5 minutes, drain the water.

Step 2Peel the avocado, take out the bone, cut the pulp into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 3 Cut the cherry tomatoes in half (or 2 pieces of ordinary tomatoes into cubes).

Step 4 Mix everything, season with mayonnaise and ketchup, salt and pepper - to taste. Put lettuce leaves (any) on a plate, sprinkle them with olive oil and lemon juice, put the finished salad on them.
