Ingredients:

  • Hake (cod, pollock) 900 grams
  • Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
  • 2 carrots
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Tomato juice 250 ml.
  • Bay leaf 1-2 pieces
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil 30 ml.

Cooking method:

Step 1. Cut the fish into slices of 3-4 cm. Width, put them in a deep container, salt and leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Step 4 In a frying pan in vegetable oil, brown the onions, add carrots.

Step 5 Fry vegetables until soft and golden. Pour in tomato juice, add spices and bay leaves. Stew the marinade for 10 minutes.
