Ingredients:
- Zucchini 2 pieces
- Cheese 50 grams
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Wheat flour 6 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Cooking Oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2 Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix. Leave to stand for about 5 minutes. This is done so that the squash does not let in a lot of juice.
Step 3 Then add salt, eggs, grated cheese, flour and mix. At this stage, you can add chopped clove of garlic, dill and parsley (optional).
Step 4 Fry fritters in a well-heated pan.
Step 5 Put the fried pancakes on both sides on paper napkins to remove excess fat.
Step 6 A more useful way to make fritters is to cook in the oven. Place the squash mass on a baking sheet with a layer in a centimeter and bake in the oven.
