Ingredients:
- Beef liver 500 grams
- 2 carrots
- Onion 2 pieces
- 3-4 pickled cucumbers
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil beef liver until tender. Cool and grate.
Step 2 Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 3 Finely chop the onion.
Step 4 Grate the carrots.
Step 5 Fry onions, carrots in a pan in vegetable oil. Cool.
Step 6 Mix the liver, onions with carrots, cucumbers. Season with mayonnaise and mix.
