Ingredients:
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Chicken Breast 250 grams
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Zucchini cut lengthwise into plates with a thickness of 5-7 mm. Put zucchini plates on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send in the oven preheated to t 160 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Zucchini softens and it will be easy to roll.
Step 2 Cut the chicken breast into thin and longest plates, add salt, pepper and beat with a kitchen hammer.
Step 3 When will the zucchini plates become soft? take them out of the oven. Put a slice of chicken breast on each plate.
Step 4 Squeeze a little garlic on top and grease with mayonnaise. Then sprinkle liberally with grated cheese and chopped herbs.
Step 5 Roll zucchini plates into rolls and secure with long skewers. Each skewer should have 2-3 rolls.
Step 6 Preheat the oven to t 160 degrees. Bake rolls from zucchini for 30-40 minutes.
