Ingredients:
- Pita thin 2 sheets
- Mozzarella cheese 50 grams
- Hard cheese 50-70 grams
- Green onion bunch
- Parsley bunch
- Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut mozzarella into small pieces, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash, dry and chop parsley.
Step 2 Add sour cream, mayonnaise. Salt, pepper. Mix well.
Step 3 Cut the pita bread into rectangles, about 20x15 cm. Put 1-2 tbsp on the edge of the pita bread. tablespoons cooked cheese mass.
Step 4 Roll lavash with a tube, bending into the edges. Leave the rolled pita bread for 3-4 minutes to soak a little stuffing.
Step 5 Heat the pan well, pour vegetable oil. Put rolls from pita bread and fry on all sides until golden brown.
