Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250 grams
- Mushrooms 200-250 grams
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Greens (dill, chives) to taste
- Spices to taste
- Flour (pea) 1 cup
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dice the onion into small cubes. Wash, dry and grind the mushrooms. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan. Put onion, fry until transparent and add mushrooms.
Step 2 While the filling is fried, roll out the dough on a powdery surface and put it into a heat-resistant form.
Step 3 Salt, pepper mushrooms with onions. Remove from heat, cool slightly and put into shape.
Step 4 In this case, pea flour is used to prepare the fill. Mix it with a pinch of salt and ground garlic. Pour in water gradually until the fill reaches the desired consistency.
Step 5 Wash, dry and chop fresh herbs.
Step 6 Add greens and mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour the fill into the mold and send to the preheated oven.
Step 7 Bake a lean pie with mushrooms for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
