Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise 400 grams
- 4 eggs
- Flour 12 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Caraway to taste
- Potato 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Canned fish in oil 1 can
Cooking method:
Step 1. Prepare the dough: sift the flour. Mix mayonnaise with eggs, add salt and baking powder. Pour in flour and mix well. By consistency, the dough should turn out like thick sour cream. Lubricate the mold and pour half the dough into it.
Step 2 Wash and peel potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into thin rings.
Step 3 Dice the onion into small cubes.
Step 4Canned fish open and mash fish with butter with a fork.
Step 5 First, put potatoes on the dough in the form, then put onion on top and put canned fish on the onion.
Step 6 Put the cake in the oven, preheated to t 180 degrees, for about 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cake with caraway seeds, cool and cut into portions.
