Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Banana 3 pieces
- Sugar 50 grams
- Wheat flour 100 grams
- Baking powder 10 grams
- Water 150 grams
- Vegetable oil 50 grams
- Pinch of salt
- For caramel:
- Sugar 100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix sugar, salt, baking powder, flour and semolina in a bowl.
Step 2 In another bowl, mix oil and water.
Step 3 Put the pan on the fire, pour sugar. Melt it over low heat.
Step 4 Peel the bananas and cut along.
Step 5 Grease the mold with vegetable oil or cover with parchment. Pour melted sugar (caramel), and top with chopped bananas.
Step 6 Add water and oil to a bowl with dry ingredients, knead the dough.
Step 7 Pour the bananas with the dough. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to t 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 8 Take the finished cake out of the oven, gently draw a knife along the edge of the mold, if not covered with parchment, and turn it over to the dish. If covered, turn over and immediately remove the parchment.
