Ingredients:
- Banana 2 pieces
- Wheat flour 160 grams
- Yeast 10 grams
- Milk 60 ml.
- Butter 40 grams
- Cream 120 grams
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Pinch of salt
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Custard or condensed milk 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. To prepare the dough, send the sifted flour, yeast, cold butter, yolk, salt and sugar into the blender bowl.
Step 2 Beat until smooth, then add warm milk.
Step 3 Beat again, and then shift to a work surface, sprinkled with flour.
Step 4 Add flour as needed to knead a uniform and soft dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5 Now prepare the filling. Put banana slices in a blender and add the finished custard. Beat until smooth. If desired, you can add lemon juice.
Step 6 Roll out the dough and put it in a shape having formed the sides.
Step 7 Pour the filling on top and send the form to the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
Step 8 When the banana pie is ready, you can add it with whipped cream and garnish with banana slices.
