Ingredients:
- Pears 2-3 pieces
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 150 grams
- Sour cream 200 grams
- Flour 200 grams
- Baking powder 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vanilla stick 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1.Beat eggs with sour cream and sugar.
Step 2 Add flour, baking powder and vanilla seeds from the sliced vanilla pod. Beat well with a mixer.
Step 3 Grease the mold with oil. Put half the dough. Peel and cut the pears into thin slices. Put on the dough. Then pour the second half of the dough. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
