Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Boiled condensed milk 1 can
- Milk 100 ml.
- Sugar 50 grams
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Flour 1 cup
- Walnuts 200 grams
- Raisins 50 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix two-thirds of the condensed milk with 2 eggs and beat with a mixer.
Step 2 Then add sugar, flour and baking powder. Beat again. Then put half the chopped nuts and raisins. Stir with a spoon.
Step 3 Grease the mold with oil. Lay out the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Step 4 While the cake is baking, make a cream. Pour milk into a saucepan and put out the remaining condensed milk. Heat until mixture is homogeneous.
Step 5 Then pour hot cake with this mixture without removing from the mold. Sprinkle with walnuts. Let it brew for about 2 hours. Then remove from the mold, transfer to a dish and serve.
