Ingredients:
- Dough:
- Flour 450 grams
- Butter 200 grams
- Soda 1 tsp
- Sugar 100 grams
- Salt pinch
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Filling:
- Apples 800 grams
- Walnuts 120 grams
- Raisins 100 grams
- Sugar 100 grams
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Egg (for lubrication) 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1.Beat sugar, butter, eggs together. Add flour, salt, soda.
Step 2Knead the dough thoroughly. It should be elastic enough.
Step 3 For the filling, cut the apples into slices, chop the nuts, grate the zest of lemon, squeeze the juice, add raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Mix.
Step 4 Divide the dough into two parts - large (approximately 3/4) and small (1/3). Roll out a large piece of dough and carefully move it into the mold. You can simply distribute the dough in the form with your hands. Make high sides. Put the stuffing.
Step 5 Roll out the remaining piece of dough. Cut strips with a knife. Put them on top of the filling, bend the edges. Grease the resulting pie with an egg. Oven at t 180 degrees for approximately 30-40 minutes.
