Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 300 grams
- Dark chocolate 100 grams
- Pears 3-5 pieces
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1.Roll out the puff pastry and lay on the bottom of the split mold.
Step 2 Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Grease the dough with it.
Step 3Thin pears and put on chocolate. If the pears are not very sweet, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Oven at t 180-190 degrees until the dough is ready.
Step 4Sprinkle the finished pie with lemon juice and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
