Ingredients:

- Wheat flour 200 grams
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Pinch of salt
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Butter 180 grams
- For filling:
- 4 eggs
- Sugar 150 grams
- 5 bananas
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sour cream 150 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Knead the dough with a mixer: flour, salt, sugar, egg and butter (cut into cubes, 150 grams). Then wrap the dough in a film, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2After 30 minutes, get the dough and roll it into a layer. Transfer it to a greased form (22 cm), make sides (3-4 cm). Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 3Grate lemon zest, squeeze lemon juice separately. Cut two bananas into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken. Finely chop the remaining bananas and knead with a fork into the pulp. Mix egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, then beat with a mixer with crushed bananas, lemon juice, zest and sour cream. Get a liquid cream.
Step 4 Put banana slices at the bottom of the baked cake, pour cream on top. Bake 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 5 Beat egg whites with sugar in a froth. Put on the cream and smooth with a spatula. Put in a hot oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6 Cool the pie cake and use a knife to remove it from the split mold. Garnish with banana slices.
