Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250 grams
- 5 bananas
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle lightly with flour.
Step 2 Form thin strips from scraps of dough.
Step 3 Cut peeled banana in uniform, not very thick slices.
Step 4 Put the bananas on the cake evenly.
Step 5 Then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 6 Wrap the edges of the pie, making a side. Fasten with stripes of dough.
Step 7 Grease the dough with egg yolk. Send to the oven preheated to t 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8 Bake until golden brown.
Step 9Ready banana pie from puff pastry cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
