Ingredients:
- Cookies 200-250 grams
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Butter 100 grams
- Vanilla Pudding 200 grams
- Icing sugar 80 grams
- Cream 35% 2 cups
- Sour cream 20% 1 cup
- Bananas 2 pieces
Cooking method:
Step 1. In a bowl, mix: crumbs of cookies, sugar and ghee.
Step 2 From the resulting shortcrust pastry, form a cake, pressing it with an even layer on the dish, where there will be a pudding cake.
Step 3 In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat the pudding, powdered sugar, sour cream and cream. Beat the mixture until it becomes very thick.
Step 4 Put half the mass on a cake with a spoon, cover this layer thickly with banana slices.
Step 5 Put the rest of the mixture in a slide, garnish with bananas, refrigerate for at least an hour and serve cold.
