Ingredients:
- Puff yeast dough 250 grams
- Sprats 200 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Sesame 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Thaw a sheet of puff pastry so that it can be rolled out. Put it on a work surface, sprinkled with flour and rolled into a thin layer (thickness about 2-3 mm).
Step 2Put sprats in the middle, make cuts on both sides of the test, as shown in the photo.
Step 3 Tuck the dough, as if braiding a braid.
Step 4 Put the cake on a baking sheet. Grease it with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the cake in the oven for 20 minutes (temperature 180 degrees).
Step 5 The sprat cake is ready. It turns out to be very delicious and incredibly tasty! Serve it warm, decorated with greens.
