Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250 grams
- Arugula 100 grams
- Sorrel 30 grams
- Brynza 250 grams
- Curd 100 grams
- Hard cheese 30 grams

- Parsley to taste

- Flour 50 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse the arugula thoroughly and dry it. Chopped salad.
