Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 380 grams
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 5 grams
- High-speed Yeast 7 grams
- Milk 80 ml.

- Vegetable oil 1 tsp
- Veal 350 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the dough. In warm milk, dilute the yeast, add salt, sugar. Then add the egg, vegetable oil and sifted flour. Knead the dough and shape it into a ball.

Step 4 At the next stage, chop the peeled white onion into thin halves of the rings and chop the washed fresh parsley. Spread meat on top, spreading over the entire surface.
Step 5 Next, cut out curly strips from a small amount of dough and decorate with them the surface of the meat pie. Also add tomato sauce, which guarantees our baking juiciness.
Step 6 Move the baking sheet with the preparation of yeast pie with meat into a red-hot oven, where it is cooked at 190 degrees 45 minutes. When serving, add meat pie with pickles and enjoy an amazing taste.
