Ingredients:
- Flour 500 grams
- Brynza 500 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Potato 1 kg.
- Milk 500 ml.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Fast yeast 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1.Knead the dough. To do this, mix flour with yeast, add warm milk with sugar and salt, and knead the dough. Add vegetable oil, mix again and leave to rise for an hour.
Step 2 Meanwhile, boil the potatoes, mashed in mashed potatoes and add butter.
Step 3 Add grated feta cheese to the potatoes, mix well and divide into 3 parts.
Step 4 Knead the dough in a circle and leave for another 30 minutes. Then divide it into three parts, each of which is rolled into a thin round cake. In the center of the cake, put part of the filling and collect the edges, forming a bag with the filling.
Step 5 Flatten it with your palm as thin as possible. This can be done directly on the baking sheet. Make a small hole in the center of the pie and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Grease the finished pie with butter and serve.
