Ingredients:
- Mascarpone cheese 300 grams
- Curd 300 grams
- Icing sugar 200 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Sour cream 10% 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soda 0.5 tsp
- Flour 180 grams
- Potato starch 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vanillin 1/3 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Melt butter, add sour cream, sugar, soda. Mix.
Step 2 Then add flour and knead soft elastic dough.
Step 3 Let the dough lie in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Step 4 Beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar. It is better to do this with a fork, so that you do not get too much air and when baking, the filling does not settle.
Step 5Then introduce cottage cheese or cottage cheese, starch and mix gently.
Step 6 Put the dough in a baking dish, pour the filling. Bake at 160-170 degrees until cooked. Then cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
