Cooking method:
Step 1. To make a pie, take the yeast dough. You can take pizza dough or regular butter.
Step 2 Chop white cabbage into thin strips.
Step 3 In vegetable oil, fry the cabbage over low heat until soft and a barely noticeable blush. When roasting, you can pour a little water, so that the cabbage reaches it faster. How much water? About 3-4 tbsp. spoons.
Step 4 When the cabbage is almost ready, chop the bell pepper, add it to the cabbage. Stew all together.
Step 5 Roll out the finished yeast dough in a thin layer.
Step 6 Transfer to a baking dish and smoothly level.
Step 7 Season with salt, pepper and, if ready, remove from heat. Now let her cool down a bit, put in a bowl. Put the cooled filling on top of the dough.
Step 8 Grate hard cheese. Put it on top of the cabbage filling. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the cake in the oven until it becomes rosy (30-40 minutes).
