Ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs
- Kefir or sour cream 1 cup
- Flour 160 grams
- Soda 1 tsp

- Mushrooms 400 grams
- String beans 300 grams

- Rice 100 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with chopped onions until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2Wash, dry and cut mushrooms into thin slices. Fry them in a separate pan until cooked.
