Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 100 grams
- Milk 100 ml.
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Canola oil or any vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Corn 2 cups
- Basil bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Beat with whisk milk, eggs, 1 tablespoon of butter, flour with baking powder for baking, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2Add corn and basil.
Step 3 Put the resulting mass into a pan and fry on each side in the form of thick pancakes. 10 cakes should come out.
Step 4 Fold the pie “on top of each other” and serve.
