Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop onions and carrots not too finely, send them to a preheated pan and fry until soft.
Step 2 Turn chicken fillet into minced meat, this can be done in any convenient way, you can use a meat grinder or chopper. To salt.

Step 4 Knead the meat very carefully so that it becomes viscous and uniform.

Step 7Cut the puff pastry into strips, each of which is decorated with a Christmas tree or a zigzag.
Step 8 Decorate the pie with stripes of dough, it sticks well and holds well. Squeeze flowers out of the remaining dough with a cookie sheet. Decorate the cake with flowers. Grease the dough with egg yolk and send the cake to the oven for 40 minutes, the temperature is 180-190 degrees.
Step 9 Cool the finished cake a little. Remove from paper. In the center, liquid accumulates during baking, this is chicken stock, you can simply drain it and then pour the pie on it. Cut the pie into slices, serve it warm to the table.
