Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 150 grams
- Ice water 6 tbsp. spoons
- Pinch of salt
- Apples 3 pieces
- Icing sugar 100 grams
- Starch 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1.In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour, sugar, butter, water and salt. Stir, knead the dough for 5-10 minutes with your hands. Form a ball from the dough, send to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2Cut apples into slices of any size.
Step 3 Combine apples, starch, cinnamon, icing sugar and a little (tablespoon) flour in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 4 Roll out the dough into a cake, put in a greased baking dish. Then put the filling in the center of the dough and pinch the edges, forming a beautiful pie.
Step 5 Put in the oven, preheated to t 180 degrees and bake until golden brown for about 40-50 minutes.
Step 6 Cool the finished lean pie with apples slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
