Ingredients:
- Flour 250 grams
- Brown sugar 40 grams
- Butter 50 grams
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Milk 150 ml.
- High-speed dry yeast 2/3 teaspoons
- Pinch of salt
- Persimmon 2 pieces
- Cake jelly quick-acting (colorless or yellow) 125 ml.
- Water 120 ml.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vegetable oil 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. In this recipe, the dough is kneaded in a bread machine. To do this, take warmed milk, soft butter, sugar sand, egg yolk, salt. Add dry yeast pre-mixed with sifted flour. Place the bucket with all components in the bread machine, set the mode to “kneading dough”. Wait until the dough doubles in volume.
Step 2 Roll it out to make a circle.
Step 3Transfer the dough into a mold pre-oiled and form a side from the dough along the edges of the cake.
Step 4Wash persimmons. First cut it into circles, and then each again in half.
Step 5 Put the persimmon pieces in a fan on top of the dough. Sprinkle sugar on top, tighten with cling film, and give the dough time to come up.
Step 6 Set the temperature to 210 degrees. Bake the cake in the oven until a golden color appears. Prepare quick-setting jelly according to the recommendations indicated on the bag. Apply jelly to the cooled persimmon. The cake is ready.
