Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Vegetable oil 0.5 cups
- Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- Cocoa 3 teaspoons
- Baking powder 1 sachet
- Raisins 50 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1.In a deep bowl, combine semolina, sugar and butter, pour milk.
Step 2 Stir the ingredients and leave them for 1 hour to swell semolina.
Step 3 Rinse and pour raisins with water for 15 minutes.
Step 4 To the semolina with milk add cocoa with flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.
Step 5 Dry raisins and sprinkle with flour a little. Next add to the dough. Stir again.
Step 6 Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into it.
Step 7 Mannik bake at t 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
