Ingredients:

- Wheat flour 300 grams
- Butter 200 grams
- Sugar 220 grams

- Dough baking powder 1 sachet
- Vanillin 5 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Beat softened butter with sugar for 5–7 minutes until a little fluffy and sugar dissolves. Then, continuing to beat, add one egg at a time, and a smooth egg-oil mixture is obtained.
Step 2 Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, salt, vanilla and parts to add to the resulting mass, knead a homogeneous, thin dough. It does not drip from a spoon, but lazily slides with a wide ribbon.
Step 3 Put the dough in a heat-resistant form (grease the bottom, sides and sprinkle with large white crackers, you get a wonderful crust) and spread with a spoon.
Step 4Remove seeds from fresh cherry (thaw frozen in advance, drain the liquid and gently pat it dry with a paper towel) and distribute the berries (not sinking) with an even layer on the surface.
Step 5 Bake a cherry pie for 45-55 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until fully cooked, which should be checked with a toothpick (when pierced, it remains completely dry), and a beautiful blush. Carefully remove the pie, allow to cool, and cut for serving.
