Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 400 grams
- Pumpkin peeled 200 grams
- Cheese 100 grams
- Olive oil 100 ml.
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sunflower seeds peeled 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1.Roll out the finished puff pastry and put it on a lightly greased baking sheet. Chop the dough with a fork - as in the photo. This is done so that the dough does not swell after baking.
Step 2 Put in a mortar garlic and salt. Grind to a pulp consistency.
Step 3 Then pour half the olive oil into the mortar and mix well.
Step 4 The resulting garlic oil must be evenly greased with the dough.
Step 5 Cut the peeled pumpkin into thin plates.
Step 6 Put the pumpkin on the dough, pour the remaining 50 ml of olive oil on top. Put in the oven for 15 minutes and bake at t 190 degrees.
Step 7 After 15 minutes, your cake should look something like this.
Step 8 Sprinkle the cake with grated cheese and seeds, put in the oven for another 5 minutes. Get, cool and serve.
